We will send a highly qualified doctor to your house.

We offer BULK BILLED home visits by a doctor when your regular General Practice is closed. Our doctorís provide high quality urgent after hours primary care to patients at their homes or at aged care facilities. We follow RACGP standards for an after-hours service provision.
Patients who require non-emergency medical care after hours are able to call our booking line or use our app to book an appointment with the doctor. This service is fully bulk billed for all Medicare and DVA card holders.

Our suitably qualified staff triages the call and allocates the booking to our doctors in the field. Approximately 30 minutes before the arrival, patients receive a confirmation text message followed by a phone call from the doctor
After the conclusion of home visit, our doctor writes comprehensive notes in the electronic patient file which is then forwarded on to the patientís regular day time GP for a follow up.

Our hours of operation are weeknights 6pm to 8am with bookings taken from 4pm, Saturdays 12pm onwards with bookings taken from 10am. Sundays and public holidays we operate 24 hours.
